There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Berkowitz: Page 13, line 14: Delete "September 1" Insert "July 1" Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Kott moved and asked unanimous consent that the following letter of intent be adopted: "It is the intent of the legislature that any general fund money that goes into the program as described in sec. 4 of this bill must have a 50 percent local match." Representative Berkowitz objected. Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that the following amendment to the letter of intent be adopted: Change "sec. 4" to "sec. 6" Representative Rokeberg objected. 2001-04-29 House Journal Page 1373 Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw the amendment to the letter of intent. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Berkowitz withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, the letter of intent was adopted. Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Masek gave notice of reconsideration of her vote on CSHB 132(2d RLS)(efd am).
